Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cornwall launched her first hashtag #EveryonesProblem, as she delivered a speech to mark the tenth anniversary of the Women of the World (WOW) Festival, and opened it with a discussion on Domestic Violence: Everyone’s Problem.
In her address, she encouraged everyone to join in the conversation about domestic violence. She asked that the conversation be focussed on solutions: how do we prevent domestic violence from taking place in the first place, and how can we educate our young to develop healthy relationships.
Battered Women’s Trust supports the Duchess’ initiative, and joined in the conversation online, with our first Facebook post highlighting #EveryonesProblem, which will be the first of a short series.
